We're Doug and Courtney Moser—partners in business and in life. We've been together since 2007 and married since 2019. That's nearly two decades of figuring things out together, solving problems together, and following through on what we commit to.

Doug Moser

8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering in the financial industry, building systems that couldn't fail. B.S. in International Business from University of Missouri-St. Louis. Eagle Scout—because follow-through matters.
Courtney Moser
Co-Founder & Operations Lead
8+ years in nursing and the medical industry, where precision and care are non-negotiable. B.S. in Nursing and B.A. in Psychology from University of Missouri-St. Louis. The person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Our Story
Moser Research was founded in 2015 as a web design business. Doug built websites while Courtney supported from behind the scenes—even then, we were figuring out how to run a business together.
Over the years, Doug spent 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, learning how to build systems that run 24/7 without human intervention. Courtney spent 8+ years in nursing, where attention to detail and following protocols saves lives.
Now we've brought those skills together. Moser Research is an AI consultancy that helps small business owners do what we've always done: build reliable systems and follow through on commitments.
